Breakfast is served between 7am and 9am

On our breakfast bar you can expect to find a selection from the following:


Orange, Apple, Cranberry, Grapefruit.

Comport of Stewed Dried Fruits, Grapefruit Segments, Stewed Fruit in Season, Fresh Fruit Salad, Stewed Prunes, Stewed Apricots, Peaches in Syrup
Greek or Natural Yoghurt

Luxury Fruit Style and Swiss Muesli, Granola, Bran flakes, Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, All-Bran, Maple and Pecan Crisp, Strawberry Crunch, Weetabix.
Oatmeal and Gluten-free porridge made on request.


From the Kitchen you can order one of the following:
Bacon, Egg, Sausage, Black and White pudding/Tomato
French toast ‘Cesh Corran’ Style
Honey, Sour Cream or Almond Waffles
Cheese / Herb / Tomato or Mushroom Omelette
Warm Crepes and fruit served with Maple Syrup
Black Pudding on Crispy Fried Bread, with Apple Sauce
Poached egg with either Bacon / Sausage / Tomato or Mushroom
Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce on Toast
Scrambled Egg with either Tomato /Bacon / Sausage / Smoked Salmon or Mushroom
Boiled Eggs
Cheese Board


The above are served with a choice of Teas/Regular/Decaf/Herbal, Freshly Brewed Coffee/ Regular/ Decaf, Hot Chocolate, Hot Milk. Homemade Brown, Tomato, Herb and Fruit Breads, Toast and Homemade preserves.
All ingredients used are where possible organic, eggs are free range and the herbs are grown in our own kitchen garden.
